Absolutely, the halals app is completely free to download and use. The app is also ad-free and we intend to keep the app free from any third party ads.
Scan feature is currently in BETA and only checks the E-Codes for now. The ingredients data of the products are sourced from the internet and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of data. We are actively working on to get this fixed. Improvements coming soon! 🍕
halals app is a community driven app and all the features are closely tied to your account. We take great care in protecting user data and we only collect the data we need to keep the app functional and nothing more. We also do not store any passwords.
Yes, halals is a community driven app and you can submit and track your listing using the "Submissions" option in the "Profile" page
Currently, the app is available only in Australia and New Zealand. Eventually, we will make it available in more countries. Insha Allah!
